Enjoy the view of the sea and the harbour from the conservatory and a view of the Jade Bay including the “Wattenmeer”, a UNESCO world heritage, from the balcony. You have direct access to the bathing beach (dyke), surfing beach and sailing facilities as well as the Südstrand (Southbeach) esplanade.
